I just got my outset order from Universal Yuma a couple weeks ago. Everything was succulent, but my chocolate bar arrived melted. Customer service took care of me by sending 5 more of my favorite snacks for me to enjoy! Delicious snacks, keen service, loving it so far.


Beware of early expiration dates from store - you lot may be getting stale/sometime products

About all the items I received from a large order placed through the Yums shop expire in the next couple of months, 1 in just iii days. I had been previously told that they won't send anything less than a calendar month away from expiration (and generally processed, packaged goods ofttimes take a shelf life of a year or more). Their customer service is bottomless - refused to allow a return/substitution of annihilation other than the one thing that expires in three days even though I took the time to explain and document everything with photographs. This is a deceptive practice.


Do Not Waste Your Money!

These snacks are mediocre at best. I received a variety box (from all countries) and there were at to the lowest degree 4 bags of popcorn included - and then much for variety. My second box shipped before my commencement box even arrived. How would I know if this is a subscription I desire to proceed if I haven't fifty-fifty received the start order? This identifies unethical practices with the company. There is no mode to speak to anyone past phone (red flag number 1). When I contacted them via electronic mail to return the 2nd (unopened) box and receive a refund, I was advised that they do not honor refunds and do not have returns. The agent I spoke with (Ashleigh L.) was extremely rude and this lonely makes me not ever want to do concern with this company once more. I am currently disputing these charges with my credit menu company, but I'm hoping I tin salvage someone the stress of dealing with this company. Simply put - STEER CLEAR!

Overcharged $180 for a gift

Terrible Customer Service and Accounting. Ordered a subscription for myself for i year. And a souvenir to a unlike address for 6 months. Fifty-fifty Upgraded the gift corporeality : because it was a shorter delivery and did a less expensive subscription for myself because information technology was a yr long . They switched the two orders! And continued to send the expensive gift for 6 months which needed to be cancel because it was renewing monthly on my credit card.

And so A gift that should have been $180 to my boss, became a $360 gift. Which They claim was not the souvenir even though the accost and recipient clearly show it was the gift! They had it every bit a subscription and on machine renew! And so they reversed the two orders which cost me $190 out of pocket! Customer service said the ii orders have both ended now and I quote "we are washed"

her name was Ashleigh 50. - who couldn't take been less understanding, less answerable and less helpful!!! For such a large company, they have poorest customer service preparation and record keeping to explain your purchases. And My complaints are falling on deaf ears.


Follow upwardly review

I wrote a review on this product nine months agone. Since then, I receive articulate understanding of mix upwards that occurred during the 1st 2 months.
I have also received monthly thank you messages from nephew as he describes his treats and goodies. I can just say that equally a gift, it has been well worth the value. I will be renewing my subscription with universal yums. Rob


I love the yum shop

I love their yum store. The candies from ukraine are my favorite. I cant look for more to come up in stock. I used to get the monthly boxes but we never concluded up eating it all so we switched to the yum store.


Fun service to begin with but their client service deserves less than one star

Fun service to begin with merely their client service is worth less than a star. I never received the final two boxes that they took money from me for. I got the start three merely fine so I'm thinking this isn't in any mode my fault, correct? I asked for a refund and all they did was offer to resend it. Look, the packages are not getting to me, you become it? I Desire MY Money Dorsum, Not the package pointlessly resent.
Terrible.


Too bad

The idea of Universal Yums is actually cool. Nonetheless, three major issues:
i. The diversity between boxes of different countries was defective. I could exist 99% accurate that every box independent fries, a wafer snack, a chocolate, and a candy. And these were all quite like between boxes.
2. About of the items in the boxes were the "Universal Yums" brand, not even bodily products from the expected country.
3. A TON of products had palm oil as an ingredient. No cheers!!


I signed up considering I seen an advertizement for it…

I signed upwardly because I seen an ad for it on my fb and idea it would be nice, however literally merely ii weeks after i paid for the first box i was charged for some other! I had only had the first box a few days and it was terrible!!!! I paid 42 dollars and it was all worthless nasty food that looked cheap. I tried to get my coin back since I didn't realize it would charge at the 1st of each calendar month instead of the engagement i started...but was pretty much told no refunds...save your money and go elsewhere. Non worth a penny let lonely 84 dollars total. Its bad business not to transport out a refund if I didn't similar the starting time box and cancelled why would I want a 2nd ane! I guess that'south the only mode they can brand coin is by ripping people off. Buyer beware! Its pricey and no skilful!


Charged my PayPal $3980.90 when I cancelled

I can't fifty-fifty draw the shock when I saw my PayPal was charged with $3980.90. I upgraded from a monthly subscription to a yearly, paid what was due via a credit bill of fare. Then at 1am that night, was striking with this massive charge. Assuming it was a mistake at first, because my automatic PayPal payments were to be cancelled considering I just pre paid for the yr, but it'southward been 4 days of emails and social media messages and they are not replying. I'g sick to my breadbasket at this visitor. If they can do this to me, then they can do it to y'all. I still have faith someone will exist in touch to refund me, only my advice is that information technology's non worth to buy from them for the small chance they could do this to you. It'due south criminal and incredibly deplorable. I don't know what to do to get my money back because I'm overseas. There is no phone number.


Their snacks cause cancer

Worst costumer service I've ever witnessed. I take been a long time costumer and they exercise non know how to treat a costumer and don't even message my emails dorsum. I've requested for my card to nolonger be charged, but of course no response. I have told them my package hasn't even left their warehouse(via tracking #) 16 days after tracking was provided I don't have my package and they don't care, actions speak louder than words....***** Plus the worse affair of all is they mail out snacks that take warning labels on the back of snacks saying this ingredient in this snack is known to cause cancer❗️❗️❗️. They truly don't care near the costumer's complaints or the health of us all, my wife and I threw everything that had the cancer warning label abroad and didn't even attempt it.
Horrible, terrible, crappy fashion to run a business; really wish I couldn't fifty-fifty requite i star, because they truly don't even deserve a star😂.


Have nothing but trouble from this…

Have nothing just trouble from this grouping. Try to attain them is like emailing to siberia. They write the aforementioned message over and over which addresses none of the questions you ask. They take no way of helping, but are sure good at taking your coin. The snacks are skillful, but if yous want to get them you have to sign your life abroad. First orders are delivered ok, but don't expect to keep getting that if you need to change something. I would never ever recommend this group.


No problems ever

No bug ever. No repeats. Lots of countries. Great tasting innovative snacks every fourth dimension. Good portions of each. Great value too. I sent them to my family in another country, and they loved it! The kids are getting exposed to other cultures, and my daughter and her hubby utilise the shipments as instruction moments to observe the countries on the map and read about them.


Our family LOVES Universal Yums!

My family has really enjoyed our Universal Yums subscription. We all get so excited each calendar month when a new box arrives! What a fun idea!


this was a disappointing experience

this was a disappointing experience - i never received my first box afterward the aircraft only never updated, and during this time frame i had already been charged for my 2nd box. i was excited to try it out so this was a bummer. thankfully, customer service refunded me for both boxes without outcome.

I did not have a good experience with this company i ordered an item and my package was stolen so i reordered information technology over again and never received it i asked for a refund and was rejected even got the PayPal involved and still my result was not resolved i wll not be making whatever future purchases


Love Universal Yums

This subscription is so then skilful. One of my favorite packages to receive. Totally worth the toll; the snacks are so fun, unique and tasty. Would be such a great gift!
